A contact-form submission, phone call, or preliminary estimate does not create a service contract or require either party to proceed.

Pricing, scope, measurements, materials, schedule, payment terms, cancellations, warranties, and other project terms are established in the written estimate, proposal, invoice, or contract accepted for that project. If a project document conflicts with these website terms, the project document controls for that project.

Custom work may require final field measurements, site access, suitable structural conditions, permits, material availability, and customer approvals. You are responsible for providing accurate project details and authorized access to the property. Any specific change-order, cancellation, installation, care, or warranty terms will be stated in the applicable project documents.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Interfere with Site operation or introduce malicious code.
• Scrape, copy, republish, or commercially exploit Site content without our written permission, except as permitted by law.
• Impersonate another person or submit false information.

The Site and its text, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, layout, and other original content are owned by or licensed to DK Glass & Velasco and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the Site and print a reasonable number of pages for your personal, noncommercial use. No other license is granted.

These Site terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any controlling project agreement or non-waivable law, disputes concerning only the Site will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Harris County, Texas.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively from publication. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
