DK Glass & Velasco ("we," "us," or "our") provides residential and commercial glass design, manufacturing, supply, and installation services. This policy applies to dkglassvelasco.com and communications you initiate with us.

• Contact and project details: name, email, phone number, project location, measurements, photos, preferences, and messages you provide.
• Communications: records of email, phone, WhatsApp, social media, or SMS conversations.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, device, and interaction data received by our hosting and embedded-service providers.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through our forms. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

• Respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, and schedule services.
• Record website quote requests in our CRM so the appropriate sales team can review and follow up.
• Provide project updates, customer support, products, and installations.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and business.
• Maintain records, protect legal rights, and comply with applicable law.
• Send marketing only as permitted by law and honor opt-out requests.

We may disclose information to website hosting, Odoo CRM, email, mapping, messaging, IT, contractor, supplier, and professional-service providers as needed to fulfill requests and operate our business. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction.

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging providers may process that data only to deliver communications for us.

The site may use essential storage and embeds or links to services such as Google Maps, Google Places, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, the Better Business Bureau, WhatsApp, and social networks. Those providers may receive technical data and use cookies under their own policies. We do not control external sites.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and warranty records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, but no internet system is completely secure.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a portable copy of your personal data and opt out of its sale, targeted advertising, or qualifying profiling. We do not currently perform those three opt-out activities.

To appeal a denial, use the subject "Privacy Appeal." Texas residents may also contact the Texas Attorney General.

Use the unsubscribe method in marketing email. For SMS, reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
