Please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We do not share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent us from using service providers that help deliver messages on our behalf.

We do not currently use first-party analytics or advertising cookies. The site embeds or links to services such as Google Maps, the Better Business Bureau, WhatsApp, and social networks. Those providers may receive technical information, use cookies or similar technologies, and process information under their own privacy policies. Following an external link takes you to a service we do not control.

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to provide services, maintain business and warranty records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Where required by law, we will respond within 45 days and may extend once by another 45 days after notifying you. To appeal a denied request, email us with the subject "Privacy Appeal." Texas residents may also submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General.

You may opt out of marketing email using the unsubscribe method in the message. For SMS, reply STOP to end messages or HELP for help. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
